Eagle Eyes is a property watch service that provides some security and peace of mind to your vacation or visit. We can provide numerous services that allow you to leave your home and not worry whether your home or property is safe. We have flexible arrangements so the customers needs are always met satisfactorly. We are bonded and have passed FBI background checks.
Our services are currently limited to portions of Bonner and Boundary counties in Idaho. Our basic coverage area can be viewed here. We do make exceptions so don't be afraid to ask.

My wife and purchased a home in Boundary County, ID in August 2005, with the intention of keeping it for a vacation home until we could retire and relocate to northern Idaho. On a family vacation to our home, we recognized we needed someone in the area to look out for our interests and make sure our home was not being vandalized, squatted on, etc.
We answered an add for "Eagle Eyes Property Watch ". We met Kirk and Mary, who were kind, knowledgable and very approachable. We hired them on the spot. Since that time, Kirk and Mary have repeatedly saved our home from potential disaster by their routine checks. They found a very dangerous gas leak that our propane company missed. They have alerted us when the gas level was down and saved our home from serious plumbing problems during the severe cold weather.
When we wanted to come up to our home for Thanksgiving, Eagle Eyes made sure there were lights on and fresh milk in the refrigerator. We truly appreciate everything that Eagle Eyes does and believe they are worth their weight in gold. We highly recommend them to anyone keeping a vacant vacation home in the northern Idaho area.
